Order Status / Ordering

The ISOPLUS® order process is intended to be quick and efficient, if at any time you have problems please contact us at [email protected], or call 800.448.6548

  1. While browsing through our site you may purchase a product by clicking on ORDER, this will add the specific item in your ORDER, Items may also be removed at this point.
  2. When you finish shopping, click "check out" or "view order" and then click "check out'.
  3. Fill out all of the information on the checkout page and click continue. You will have the opportunity to add a different shipping address.
  4. After the transaction is completed you will receive a confirmation message, you can now return to our homepage or continue on to the web.
  5. You will receive an e-mail confirmation with an order number. Please save the order number in case you need to contact us.
  6. ISOPLUS® shipping staff is dedicated to processing and shipping your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. We as with most mail order businesses, ask that you allow up to 1 week for processing and delivery time. If you have not received your order within 10 days, please email us with your order number for assistance.
  7. Please note that in some cases we can ship orders the same day that we receive them before 11:00 AM EST (Monday- Thursday), so please plan accordingly. Please also be aware that UPS does not deliver on Saturday and Sunday.
  8. If you're shipping address is to the following: Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, APOs, FPOs, please allow extra time for processing. Your order will be shipped through the United States Postal Service Priority Mail service.

Payment Options

J.M. Products accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express credit cards. If you do not feel comfortable giving your credit card online you can call us toll free at 800.448.6548. We do not recommend sending your credit card number via e-mail. We cannot accept personal checks, traveler's checks, money orders or cash.

Where is My Order?

Check the status of your most recent orders by visiting our Order Status page. This is the easiest and fastest way to get the most current information regarding your [email protected] orders.

When you click on Order Status, you will be prompted to log in with your email address and password. An order summary page will provide you with detailed information about your current and past orders. After your order is shipped, your tracking number, if available, will be displayed. To track your order via the carrier’s Web site, you may click on the tracking number to view the delivery status of your order. Please note: some carriers may not have tracking information available for up to 24 business hours after the order is shipped.

Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt. (Processing time does not include weekend days or major holidays.) Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday.

Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Thursday), excluding major holidays).

Order Cancellations

Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons. Some reasons are:

  • Item(s) not available.
  • Difficulty in processing payment information.
  • Cannot ship to address provided.
  • Duplicate order was placed.
  • Cancelled due to a customer request.

If you have an Isoplus Online account, you may check the status of your most recent orders by visiting your Order Status page. This is the easiest and fastest way to get the most current information regarding your Isoplus Online orders.

Click on an Order Number on the Order Status page to view the Order Details, including Billing and Shipping information.

To track your order, click on the tracking number on either the Order Status page or the Order Details page to view the delivery status of your order. Please note: some carriers may not post tracking information online for up to 24 hours after the order is shipped.

Back Orders & Out of Stock Items

ISOPLUS® stocks all items listed on our site. It is possible for an item to be out of stock. If an item is out of stock it will be labeled "ships in 2-3 business days." If any item in your order is designated for shipping in 2-3 business days, the whole order will ship at one time, within 2-3 business days.

Temporarily out of stock / Backordered items

If an item selected is temporarily out of stock at the time of your order, you will be notified via emailed. Backordered items are shipped as soon as they are available with no additional shipping charges via the originally selected ship method. The actual delivery date of your order depends on the shipping method selected.

If your order contains item(s) that are in-stock and item(s) that are backordered, the in-stock item(s) will be shipped immediately and the backordered item(s) will be shipped as soon as they are available. There are no additional shipping charges for the shipment of backordered item(s).

Please be assured that you will not be charged for any item until it is shipped. If for any reason you wish to cancel a backordered item, please contact us at 1-800-448-6548 and we will be happy to assist you.

Please note: Items that are not in-stock at the time of purchase are not eligible for promotional offers. Only in-stock items are eligible to be counted towards purchases associated with promotional offers.

Promotion/Offer Codes

Simply enter your Promotion/Offer Code during checkout on the BILLING page. Offer codes are case sensitive and should be entered exactly as they appear. When an Promotion/Offer Code is accepted, the offer will be reflected on the “Order Review” page.

Note: Only one (1) Promotion/Offer Code may be used per order. When shipping to multiple addresses, promotions are applied accordingly.

Returns & Exchanges

ISOPLUS® strives for your complete satisfaction on every purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us, via e-mail at [email protected] or call 800.448.6548 within 30 days of purchase. If we have made an error on your purchase we will arrange for its return at our expense. We regret that shipping fees are not refundable unless the product was shipped incorrectly, damaged, or defective.

We will refund your credit card with the full purchase price, as well as applicable shipping costs.

For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via UPS or insured Parcel Post. We’re sorry, return shipping fees are not refundable. In the case of damaged items, please refer to Damaged Items.

Your return will be processed promptly upon its arrival and all exchanges will be shipped via standard ground shipping. Processing and transit time for exchange packages is usually 7-10 business days from the time the exchange is received. Business days are Monday through Thursday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. An email will be sent to confirm receipt and processing of your return or exchange request.

Please note: Only products purchased at Isoplus Online may be returned for refund or exchange.

Damaged Items

When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at 1-800-448-6548. Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. To assure prompt resolution, please keep the box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.

Shopping Information

Shipping Charges

ISOPLUS® is currently using a weight based shipping system within the Continental United States and Worldwide. We usually use USPS Priority Mail or UPS ground service. We ship flat rate $5.95 in the Continental U.S. only.

Something about the time it takes to process orders?

Most orders are delivered within 5-10 business days using Standard Service. Shipping and Handling charges are calculated on the Order Total for each shipment address.

Delivery Options orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Thursday, excluding major holidays). Below are the shipping options available for your Isoplus package. Please select the option that best suits your delivery needs during checkout.

Standard Shipping

  • Most orders shipped via Standard Shipping are processed and shipped in 1 - 2 business days, depending on product availability.
  • Most Standard orders are delivered within 5 – 10 business days from the order’s ship date.
